Description

  • Assist attorneys with drafting, reviewing, and organizing real estate transaction documents.
  • Coordinate due diligence processes, including title and survey reviews.
  • Maintain and manage transaction files and schedules.
  • Support closing processes by preparing closing documents and coordinating with relevant parties.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local real estate regulations.
  • Conduct research related to real estate law and provide summaries for attorneys.
  • Handle post-closing matters, including filing and recording documents.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Profile

A successful Senior Paralegal - Real Estate should have:

  • Proficiency in handling real estate transactions and related documentation.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in California.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
