Senior People Business Partner
Reports to: Sr. Director, People Business Partners
Open to Location: Needs to be close to a Slalom Office

What You'll Do
* People Partnership: Partner closely with local or regional leaders to provide guidance on talent strategy, team health, and employee experience.
* Coaching & Development: Support leaders and team members with feedback, development planning, and navigating key talent moments.
* Org & Team Effectiveness: Facilitate team conversations and support org design, talent planning, and workforce transitions.
* Talent Programs: Partner with COEs to activate and embed talent programs (e.g., performance enablement, promotions, onboarding).
* Culture & Belonging: Champion Slalom's values and support initiatives that build inclusive, connected, and high-trust cultures.
* Change Support: Help leaders and teams navigate change through clear communication, alignment, and support tools.
* Insights & Action: Use feedback and data to identify themes, influence decisions, and help drive continuous improvement.
What You Bring
* 6+ years of experience in HR, people consulting, or talent-related roles.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills across all levels.
* Comfortable facilitating conversations, navigating ambiguity, and driving clarity.
* Curious, proactive, and adaptable - with a bias toward action.
* Collaborative style and the ability to work across teams and functions.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for this role is $141,000 - $161,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
