Position Specific Description

This position will report to the Plant Manager and be based at our Manatee Plant located in Parrish, FL. Electrical craft experience preferred.

Electrical troubleshooting skillset required: AC/DC motors/controllers, Low/Medium voltage circuit breakers, generators, excitations systems, and general electrical maintenance standards. This position will troubleshoot and analyze equipment performance deviations while ensuring the sites' electrical equipment is maintained at the highest operational standards. Combined cycle operations and I&C knowledge is desired.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Drafts troubleshooting plans and builds work scope packages for field technicians
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
  • Performs job function with minimal oversite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Combined Cycle Power Plant operations
  • Electrical Journeyman Certificate
  • Ability to read and understand electrical prints and diagrams
  • Supervisor/Foreman experience desired

Job Overview

Individuals in this position lead internal and external resources to Deliver Certainty, executing plant maintenance to achieve short and long term site goals and objectives in safety, environmental, compliance, reliability, availability and cost management.
