Job Description:
This Product Manager is responsible for end-to-end product planning and execution across the entire business lifecycle for digital web and app self-service tools (Self-Service Products and Platforms) for cable and internet customers. This role involves gathering and prioritizing product requirements, defining product vision, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (IT, sales, marketing, finance, support, and operations). You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, from concept to post-delivery result tracking.
The ideal candidate thrives in a face-paced environment, has great attention to detail and can understand technical complexities quickly. You must partner with stakeholders to understand customer and business issues and then be able to articulate them with technical and design teams.
You will use market research to discover digital product and capability opportunities and appraise new product ideas and marketing programs to ensure successful product launches. This role also requires data analysis acumen to interpret data and research to drive decisions and solutions.
Required Experience:
Three plus years of digital product management experience, development or related work experience.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Technical skills: Experience with Agile software development teams
Skills: Expert in analyzing and interpreting data to synthesize recommendations; Planning, prioritization, organizational and English communication skills.
Abilities:

Ability to show business acumen, sense of urgency and initiative to accomplish job duties
Ability to manage frequent change
Ability to listen and reflect understanding of project goals
