Description AWS Executive Briefing Centers (EBCs) connect AWS executives and subject matter experts with customer executives to drive business outcomes. As the program has scaled, there is an opportunity to transform how we manage content and speakers from a historically manual, relationship-driven model into a scalable, AI-enabled ecosystem. We are looking for a builder to lead that transformation. We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to own the end-to-end content and speaker ecosystem for the AWS EBC program globally. This is not a traditional content marketing role. You will be the programmatic owner of how we identify, qualify, match, and enable speakers, how we organize and maintain the content catalog, and how we connect customer engagement context to the right expertise. You will define the strategy, build the operating model, and drive execution across five global EBC sites (Seattle, New York, London, Singapore, Tokyo). The right candidate sees a complex, multi-stakeholder system problem and gets energized. You are comfortable working with imperfect legacy systems while building toward a better future state, and you can influence without authority across product marketing, field, engineering, and executive teams. Key job responsibilities - Own the speaker sourcing, qualification, and enablement pipeline globally. Build a scalable operating model so the program is not dependent on individual knowledge or ad hoc outreach. - Design and maintain the speaker profile ecosystem, ensuring profiles are current, accurate, and rich enough to enable effective matching across competencies, industries, and regions. - Build and operate a speaker onboarding program covering preparation expectations, the discussion-leader format, and structured profile creation. - Own the content catalog framework. Identify and close content gaps by validating demand signals and standing up new topics with quality standards. - Establish a content lifecycle management approach so the catalog stays current without manual monitoring. - Build content partnerships with product marketing, specialist organizations, executive-in-residence programs, product teams, and industry verticals. - Be the business owner for speaker and content data across engagement platforms. Drive requirements for improvements, integrations, and AI-assisted speaker matching. - Build reporting that surfaces delivery patterns, speaker utilization, regional coverage, and gap analysis to inform decisions. A day in the life You will spend your time across strategy and execution. On any given day, you might analyze delivery data to identify where speaker coverage is thin, run a recruitment sprint to close a regional gap, partner with a product marketing team to stand up content for a recent launch, review speaker profiles for accuracy, or define requirements for AI-assisted matching tools. You work closely with Briefing Program Managers across all sites, site leaders, product marketing, and engineering partners. The work is global, cross-functional, and directly connected to customer outcomes. About the team The AWS Executive Briefing Center team operates a network of briefing centers globally and manages AWS's executive briefing program. We facilitate discussion-led conversations between customer executives and AWS subject matter experts, helping customers explore how cloud technology can support their business priorities. Our five sites serve customers across industries. Basic Qualifications - 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - 8+ of experience in executive communications, product marketing, sales enablement, or strategic consulting creating C-level content - Demonstrated expertise in translating technical concepts into business narratives - - Experience to presenting to and influencing senior leadership - Experience driving results through others-building content through internal teams, agencies, or partnerships Preferred Qualifications - Experience implementing AI or automation tools to improve content creation and operations and scale - Experience in tech industry storytelling, particularly for enterprise or cloud computing audiences - Background in building or managing executive speaker programs - Experience working across multiple geographies and adapting content for global audiences Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. At Amazon, we don’t wait for the next big idea to present itself. We envision the shape of impossible things and then we boldly make them reality. So far, this mindset has helped us achieve some incredible things. Let’s build new systems, challenge the status quo, and design the world we want to live in. We believe the work you do here will be the best work of your life.

Wherever you are in your career exploration, Amazon likely has an opportunity for you. Our research scientists and engineers shape the future of natural language understanding with Alexa. Fulfillment center associates around the globe send customer orders from our warehouses to doorsteps. Product managers set feature requirements, strategy, and marketing messages for brand new customer experiences. And as we grow, we’ll add jobs that haven’t been invented yet.

It’s Always Day 1
At Amazon, it’s always “Day 1.” Now, what does this mean and why does it matter? It means that our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon’s very first day – to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and stay focused on delighting our customers. In our 2016 shareholder letter, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos shared his thoughts on how to keep up a Day 1 company mindset. “Staying in Day 1 requires you to experiment patiently, accept failures, plant seeds, protect saplings, and double down when you see customer delight,” he wrote. “A customer-obsessed culture best creates the conditions where all of that can happen.” You can read the full letter here

Our Leadership Principles
Our Leadership Principles help us keep a Day 1 mentality. They aren’t just a pretty inspirational wall hanging. Amazonians use them, every day, whether they’re discussing ideas for new projects, deciding on the best solution for a customer’s problem, or interviewing candidates.
