Requested Qualifications

• 84 months of experience in Program and Project Planning and Execution with changing project requirements.
• 84 months of experience managing projects that involve Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) Integration and Operations preferably in the transportation sector that includes cross-functional (business, technical, security and vendor) teams.
• 72 months of experience managing projects specific to transportation operations, traffic management, and intelligent transportation systems (ITS).
• 72 months of experience with Stakeholder Management and Communication by developing and maintaining a stakeholder engagement plan, conflict resolution, documentation management, and regular reporting both written and verbal.
• 60 months of experience with Performance Measurement and Reporting
• 60 months of experience with process improvement evaluation and identification including project processes and methodologies, and post-project reviews.
• 48 months of experience in IT infrastructure and OT systems including cybersecurity principles and best practices in each.
• MUST hold these:
• ** Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• ** Project Management Professional (PMP)
