Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and expand client relationships – Build a portfolio of key accounts and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead project execution – Oversee scope, schedule, budget, and risk management for large-scale industrial projects.
  • Drive business growth – Support new business opportunities, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Ensure financial success – Manage project financials, pricing strategies, and cash flow.
  • Optimize performance – Implement cost-effective solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Solve complex challenges – Anticipate project risks, develop solutions, and lead their implementation.
  • Deliver results – Monitor project performance, provide regular client reports, and ensure profitabilit


Qualifications (Must-Haves)
  • 5+ years of business development experience with professional service or consultative services versus physical products.
  • Strong client relationship management skills – You know how to build trust, credibility, and long-term partnerships.
  • Expertise in safety and contract management – Understanding of liability, risk, and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – You make data-driven decisions and drive efficiency.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities – You inspire teams, navigate challenges, and drive results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $170,000 - $200,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE) / Bonus Structure: OTE 20%-30% bonus
