PURPOSEANDSCOPE:
Senior Analyst of InformationGovernance&RecordManagementreportsdirectlytothe Director of Information Governance and Records Mgmt. and willprovide support anddirectionfor theactivities withintheInformationGovernanceandrecordsmanagementfunction.
The Senior Analystwill:
- Support and execute the Information Governance, Record Management program, including Enterprise Information Management (EIM) roadmap in alignment with FME’s information technology.
- Beresponsiblefor leadingnumerous InformationGovernance(IG)initiatives,including,butnotlimitedtoIG and records policy and best practices and managing company’s information and data systems.
- WorkcloselywithInformationTechnology Solutions teams,Businessteams,Legal&Compliance to assess and improve the overall information management governance.

PRINCIPALDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership
- Manage andevolvetheCompany’sInformationGovernanceandRecordInformationManagementprogram.
- Demonstrate culturalintelligence and be a leadchange agent in the organization.
- Build strong partnerships across all of Business Units of the Company including product managers, operational excellence, and information technology teams.
- StrongcommunicationskillstoeffectivelybuildandexecutetheCompany’s data and information protectionstrategywiththeabilitytoinfluence business leaders at the Company.
Strategic
- Assist in the development of strategies and procedures to ensure classification, confidentiality, privacy, security, retention and defensible disposition of records and information.
- Collaborate with key business units and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions leveraging existing tools for advancing program goals, such as information classification, data categorization, cost reduction, application of retention policies on paper and electronic information, defensibledispositionof unstructureddata,andend-useraccountabilityandadoption.
- Recommendimprovementstoalign the destruction and hold order process with industry best practices.
Operational
- Align the strategy and manage the implementation of Information Governance program (IG) applying industry-leading practices and methodologies that ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements globally.
- Enhance, implement, and maintain appropriate Enterprise Information Management (EIM) policies/procedures,training,andrecordkeepingguidelinesforthelifecyclemanagementofrecordsandinformationtoensure they are appropriate to support delivery of company’s strategic plan and meet business objectives.
- Maintaintheglobalrecordsretentionschedule,includinganycountry-specificexceptions or changes in retention requirements.
- Maintain and report metrics to demonstrate success of the program and identify areas of improvement.
- Ensure that the IGRM program covers all information assets, in all formats and media, and in both electronic and paper records throughout the company.
- WorkcloselywiththeIGRMprogramvendorsandconsultantsontechnologysolutionimplementations.
- Support business units and cross-functional areas on day-to-day business needs and special projects.
- Implement effective change management efforts to educate and train employees on managing records and information.
- Interact with senior management,and/or majorcustomers.Interactions frequentlyrequire special skills suchas negotiatingorinfluencingcustomers and/orseniorlevelleaders inmatters of significancetotheorganization.
- Lead and assist with various projects as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND PREFERRED SKILLS:
- 8+yearsofexperience,with bachelor’s degree in technical/ health/ business development relatedfield required
- Master’s degree in computer science/engineering or health related field
- Industry certifications such as IGP, CRM, CIP, PMP
- UnderstandingofGDPR,HIPAA, ISO15489,ISO18829,and DoD5015.2
- 5+ years’ experience asa manager;or5+years’ experience inaseniormanagerialrole.
- Strongmanagementskillswiththeabilitytoleadcohesiveandproductiveteams.
- Stronginterpersonal skillswiththeabilitytocommunicate withalllevelsofmanagementthroughdiplomacyandtact.
- Excellentoralandwritten communicationskills.
The rate of pay for this position will depend on the successful candidate’s work location and qualifications, including relevant education, work experience, skills, and competencies.
Annual Rate: $122,000.00 - $205,000.00
