Job Summary
Mercury Systems Mixed Signal team has a great opportunity for a seasoned RF Engineer to help us bring cutting edge technology to mission critical aerospace and defense applications advancing innovation where it matters most. The engineering team is looking for a highly experienced RF Engineer who will design and support complex RF/Microwave products through all phases of the product life cycle.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the detailed design of RF circuits and overall product design
- Provide technical inputs to Proposals
- Provide technical Product support
- Resolve Technical issues which span programs and products
- Collaborate and effectively communicate while acting as the technical lead for development programs and production products and mentoring engineers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in High Reliability Aerospace or Defense Electronics product development and manufacturing
- Experience managing projects and mentoring other engineers
- Experience of acting as senior design engineer and technical architect for complex RF/Microwave product development
- Expertise troubleshooting RF/Microwave analog, digital, and mixed signal circuits
- Expertise with RF/Microwave test equipment
- Expertise using RF simulation software: Microwave Office, ADS, HFSS
- Experience with failure analysis
- Root-Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations
- Experience transferring new designs to production
This position requires you to have an active government security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree in electrical engineering or a related field
- CAD tools: Cadence Allego or similar
