At Hasbro, our mission is to entertain and connect generations of fans through the wonder of storytelling and exhilaration of play. We’re looking for adventurous and curious people who want to explore, experiment, and innovate to come up with the best ideas. Our culture has inspired our diverse team of highly skilled, highly creative, and highly committed individuals for 100 years and we believe the best is yet to come.
We're looking for a Principal, Technical Product Manager to lead and transform Hasbro's digital content and product information technology portfolio. This is an influential, hands-on role that brings together portfolio management, technology rationalization, and platform modernization — and we'd love for you to make it your own.
You'll inherit a portfolio of enterprise platforms spanning Digital Asset Management, Product Information Management, content syndication, 3D/packaging tools, and robotic process automation. Together, we'll make these platforms simpler, more capable, and more efficient. You'll collaborate at the intersection of creative, commercial, and technology teams, partnering with Brand, Marketing, Licensing, and Retail to ensure the platforms our teams depend on every day are reliable and ready for AI-native ways of working.
Success here means reducing vendor sprawl, landing critical platform migrations, replacing manual content operations with intelligent automation, and delivering measurable savings — all while improving the experience for thousands of users worldwide. If you're motivated by tackling a complex environment and making it clear and sophisticated, this is an opportunity to reshape how Hasbro builds and delivers content. We think that's exciting!
Together, we'll assess the full digital content technology portfolio to identify redundancy, underutilization, and consolidation opportunity. You'll lead vendor negotiations, contract renewals, and sunset decisions — and help us make clear, evidence-based decisions about what to keep, evolve, and remove.
You are responsible for guiding a major enterprise platform implementation that modernizes how product information flows across our brands and channels. The critical-path migration from our legacy PIM to a modern product experience management platform. You'll also drive our OpenText DAM evolution strategy, identifying what can be absorbed by adjacent platforms and where a modern content lake approach contributes. We're also looking to rationalize our 3D and packaging toolchain across six vendors into a leaner, more supportable stack.
We're on a journey from traditional RPA bots to AI-native agentic workflows, and you'll help lead the way! You'll identify high-impact use cases where content operations, data transformation, and reporting can be handled by intelligent automation. You'll also partner with our Commercial Technology team to connect content platform capabilities with planning and forecasting workflows.
We want to improve the reliability and speed of content syndication to retail partners worldwide. You'll help strengthen the connection between our Brand, Licensing, and Commercial teams through better-integrated content platforms — and support faster creative-to-shelf cycles by removing friction from digital asset workflows.
You'll lead a collaborative team of approximately 16 across content operations and applications development. We work closely across Technology, Data, and Infrastructure teams to ensure platform decisions align with our enterprise architecture direction. We believe in supporting change adoption through open communication, partnership, and measurable outcomes.
