Description
The Sr. Private Bank Client Relations Manager (Sr. CRM) serves as an extension of the Private Bank Relationship Manager, helping drive new client acquisition, deepen existing client relationships, and deliver a best-in-class experience to ultra-high-net-worth individuals. This highly visible, client-facing role combines residential mortgage expertise, credit analysis, and business development support to help grow the Private Bank's lending and deposit portfolio.
The Sr. CRM serves as a trusted resource throughout the residential lending process, assisting clients from initial discovery conversations and mortgage prequalification through underwriting, closing, and post-close servicing. Working closely with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, Lending Specialists and internal partners, this individual provides thoughtful mortgage guidance, conducts financial analysis, and helps identify solutions tailored to the unique needs of affluent and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Success in this role requires deep residential mortgage lending expertise, strong analytical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive, client-first approach. The Sr. CRM must be comfortable engaging directly with sophisticated clients and prospects while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. Additionally, the Senior Client Relations Manager cultivates a positive and supportive team environment by actively mentoring and coaching junior colleagues on technical skills, best practices, and professional development.
