The Senior Process Engineer will lead injection molding process development and continuous improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on plastics, tooling fabrication, and mold optimization. This role will manage a team consisting of a Mold Maker, Tooling Technician, and Tooling Lead, ensuring molds and tooling are maintained in optimal condition for production. The engineer will drive process improvements through steel modifications, DOE-based development, and robust documentation, while managing capital projects and vendor relationships.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering (required)Master's Degree in Engineering is (preferred)7+ years Progressive engineering experience (required)Excellent analytical skills, hands‑on approach, proactive safety approach and sense of urgency in problem solving required. The targeted bonus amount is 12% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $100,240 to $155,120.
