The Senior Process Engineer will lead injection molding process development and continuous improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on plastics, tooling fabrication, and mold optimization. This role will manage a team consisting of a Mold Maker, Tooling Technician, and Tooling Lead, ensuring molds and tooling are maintained in optimal condition for production. The engineer will drive process improvements through steel modifications, DOE-based development, and robust documentation, while managing capital projects and vendor relationships.


+ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (required)

+ Master’s Degree in Engineering is (preferred)

+ 7+ years Progressive engineering experience (required)

+ Excellent analytical skills, hands-on approach, proactive safety approach and sense of urgency in problem solving required. Knowledge of Injection Molding and Tooling processes. Ability to read blueprints and do FMEA & PFMEA analysis (required)

+ Familiarity with MRP system(s) like SAP/QAD (required)

+ 5+ years Machining/Toolroom experience (preferred)

+ Six Sigma green belt (preferred)

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $89,500 to $138,500 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.


In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 12% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $100,240 to $155,120. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
