Job Description

Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Develop and implement process improvements to meet production goals and quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.

Monitor and evaluate process performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Provide technical support and training to production teams on new processes and equipment.

Develop and maintain documentation related to processes, procedures, and best practices.

Contribute to innovation initiatives and lead process improvement projects.

The Successful Applicant

Develop, implement, and maintain standardised manufacturing processes, introducing controlled improvements as needed.

Review production documentation and work instructions to ensure requirements are accurate, complete, and clearly communicated.

Evaluate customer requirements and determine manufacturing feasibility based on operational capabilities.

Provide technical support to customers, production teams, quality teams, and other internal stakeholders.

Review customer and industry specifications to ensure compliance with manufacturing capabilities and quality standards.

Investigate non-conforming products, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.

Support production teams in meeting customer, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Assist in the development, review, and continuous improvement of manufacturing procedures and process documentation.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.

Investigate customer concerns and support root-cause analysis and resolution efforts.

Serve as a technical liaison between internal teams and external suppliers to support material and process requirements.

Monitor and maintain critical process controls and equipment standards.

Support capital improvement projects aimed at increasing operational capabilities and efficiency.

Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to optimize equipment utilization and manufacturing throughput.

Competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $105,000 annually.
