Reporting to the Procurement Insights & Analytics Manager, you will partner with cross-functional Supply Chain, Information Technology, and Finance resources, along with Enterprise Procurement category management teams, to mitigate risk, modernize tools and technology, and drive programs within the Enterprise Procurement Insights & Analytics team. You will develop a deep understanding of Procurement systems, processes, and governance while contributing to cross-functional projects, advancing Procurement’s Digital Roadmap, implementing tools, and supporting savings goals.


A Taste of Your Responsibilities


+ Drive streamlined Supply Chain processes and initiatives across the organization

+ Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities in support of process improvement and risk management

+ Apply creative problem-solving with an “art of the possible” mindset to deliver innovative solutions

+ Engage cross-functional partners across multiple levels and escalate issues when leadership attention is required

+ Take ownership of work assignments that may include ambiguity and evolving priorities

+ Communicate effectively through written and verbal formats, tailored to the audience, facilitating meetings with cross-functional leaders

+ Support implementation of Procurement tools and processes aligned to digital roadmap initiatives

+ Collaborate with super-users and maintain advanced knowledge of systems including SAP Enterprise Central Component and other modules, project management platforms, and reporting tools


Ingredients Required for Your Success


+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field

+ 5 or more years of experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Project Management

+ Experience with project management, influencing stakeholders, team collaboration, and driving results

+ Strong technical skills with systems such as SAP, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Clarizen, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools

+ Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment while retaining a strategic, end-to-end perspective

+ Strong detail oriented and analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights

+ Willingness to travel approximately 10 percent of the time

Compensation


Pay Range:$82,000-$120,000


_The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees._
