Akkodis is seeking a Sr Procurement Specialist for a Contract with a client in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate with proven experience managing end-to-end subcontract lifecycle activities, including proposal support, supplier negotiations, and FAR/DFARS-compliant contract execution.

Rate Range: $48/hour to $50/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Sr Procurement Specialist Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead the end-to-end FAR15 subcontract lifecycle, from proposal development and sales order fulfillment through subcontract award and long-term purchase order negotiations.

• Execute and manage FAR15-compliant subcontracts in accordance with FAR, DFARS, and applicable government contracting regulations.

• Develop and implement supplier negotiation strategies to secure favorable pricing, terms, and overall value while ensuring contractual compliance.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key program suppliers, monitoring performance and supporting critical program objectives.

• Collaborate closely with Pricing, Program Management, and cross-functional teams to prepare and deliver compliant FAR15 proposal and subcontract packages.

• Mentor, train, and support team members while providing leadership within assigned commodities and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance.

• Experience managing FAR15 subcontracts and working with FAR/DFARS regulations.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.

Pay Details: $48.00 to $50.00 per hour
