Job Overview

The Senior Product Analyst partners closely with Product Management, Technology, Experience Design, Analytics, Relationship Management, and business stakeholders to support the development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement of advisor-facing digital products.

This role combines product analytics, product operations, business analysis, and stakeholder management. The Senior Product Analyst helps ensure products are measurable, scalable, operationally ready, and aligned with advisor needs and business objectives. Responsibilities span product measurement, launch readiness, user adoption, roadmap planning support, requirements definition, operational processes, and cross-functional execution.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable analyzing data, writing requirements, supporting user testing, coordinating across teams, and translating business objectives into actionable product outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Product Analytics & Measurement

  • Define and maintain product success metrics, KPIs, and adoption reporting

  • Develop dashboards and reporting assets that measure product engagement, usage, customer experience, and operational health

  • Analyze advisor behavior, product adoption trends, and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities

  • Partner with analytics teams to automate reporting processes and improve data availability

  • Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for Product and business stakeholders

  • Monitor launch performance and adoption outcomes following product releases

Product Operations & Adoption

  • Support advisor onboarding, enablement, communications, and product education efforts

  • Coordinate pilot programs, user access management, and rollout activities

  • Manage operational processes required to support successful product adoption

  • Partner with Relationship Management, Marketing, and Communications teams to drive awareness and engagement

  • Support demonstrations, stakeholder meetings, roadshows, and product showcases

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and standardization

Product Delivery & Execution

  • Partner with Product Managers and Technology teams to define business requirements

  • Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation

  • Participate in PI Planning, backlog refinement, and delivery planning activities

  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and release validation

  • Support launch readiness activities and post-launch monitoring

  • Assist with prioritization decisions by providing business analysis and customer insights

Product Strategy Support

  • Contribute to roadmap development and long-range product planning

  • Evaluate opportunities for new capabilities through customer feedback, business analysis, and market insights

  • Support business case development and product investment decisions

  • Document product processes, workflows, and operational practices

  • Maintain alignment between business objectives, product priorities, and execution plans

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate with Product Management, Technology, Analytics, Experience Design, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of product initiatives

  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams

  • Establish trusted relationships across stakeholder groups and serve as a key coordination point for product-related initiatives

  • Support executive reporting and leadership communications on product performance and adoption

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Product Operations, Business Analysis, Product Management, or a related role

  • 3+ years experience defining business requirements and translating them into product solutions

  • 3+ years of strong SQL and Excel skills

  • 3+ years experience building dashboards and reporting using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting advisor-facing or customer-facing digital products

  • Experience partnering with Product, Technology, Analytics, and business stakeholders

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working in Agile environments including Jira and Confluence

  • Experience measuring product adoption, engagement, and business outcomes

  • Experience with Snowflake, Adobe Analytics, or modern analytics platforms

  • Experience in financial services or other regulated industries

  • Familiarity with product roadmap planning and prioritization processes

  • Experience supporting pilot programs, user onboarding, and product rollout initiatives

  • Experience working with Experience Design (XD), Product Management, and Engineering teams

Pay Range:

$80,752.00 - $134,518.00

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
