Duration:  6+ Months Contract (High possibility of extension)
Location: 100% Remote  (EST Only)
Pay Range: $65 - $70 per hour

Job Summary:
This role involves contributing to a key business tool by supporting new features and enhancements through the entire design process. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into user-friendly interfaces, from initial concepts to detailed hi-fidelity designs. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding designs through development and ensuring a cohesive user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop low-fidelity mockups based on feature requirements.
• Create high-fidelity mockups for engineering handoff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development cycle.
• Contribute to the evolution of a design system.
• Partner with UX leads from different regions.

Must-Have Skills:

• Senior-level product and platform design experience.
• Proven ability to work autonomously.
• Experience with design systems and accessibility standards.
• Experience in enterprise software solutions is highly preferred.
