Job description

We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to support a major digital product initiative focused on improving a professional-grade commerce and education experience for expert users. This role is ideal for a strong full-stack product designer with deep UX capabilities who can evaluate existing experiences, identify friction points, and translate research into thoughtful, high-quality product improvements.

You’ll work across UX strategy, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, usability, and UI systems—helping optimize complex user journeys for sophisticated users making informed purchasing and professional decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit existing digital experiences through cognitive walkthroughs using provided research and user insights
  • Identify UX gaps, friction points, and opportunities across shopping, educational, and decision-support workflows
  • Present findings clearly and collaborate with stakeholders to brainstorm and prioritize solutions
  • Develop user flows, wireframes, information architecture, and high-fidelity prototypes
  • Conduct usability testing and incorporate findings into iterative design improvements
  • Perform QA and accessibility reviews to ensure polished, compliant experiences
  • Design and refine UI components, screens, and reusable patterns
  • Contribute to and expand existing design systems while ensuring strong design/dev handoff
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to navigate platform constraints
  • Present concepts and final designs to broader teams for alignment and sign-off

Ideal Background

  • 5–10 years of product design experience with strong end-to-end UX/UI ownership
  • Strong UX research application skills, including translating insights into actionable design decisions
  • Experience with usability testing, accessibility, and iterative optimization
  • Proven ability to create wireframes, prototypes, UI systems, and production-ready design assets
  • Experience designing for complex professional, expert, or specialized user groups
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to balance business goals, technical constraints, and user needs
  • Comfortable working within existing design ecosystems and improving them
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills
  • Experience in SMB, healthcare, wellness, or other expertise-driven sectors
  • Responsive web design experience
  • B2B commerce or professional services platform experience
