Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience leading and managing complex software development projects, preferably enterprise-scale or mission-critical platforms.
5+ years of experience managing engineering personnel and/or contracted development teams.
2 3 years of hands-on experience working with modern web application development frameworks (direct coding not required, but technical fluency is essential).
Demonstrated understanding of modern web application architecture, secure development practices, and industry standards, including OWASP and applicable ISO security frameworks.
Proven ability to operate effectively in environments with multiple executive stakeholders and dotted-line reporting relationships.
Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and translating technical concepts into business-relevantinsights.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading platform builds or major system modernizations involving legacy systems.
Background working with data-intensive or analytics-driven products.
Experience partnering with UX, data, and product strategy teams to translate user research into delivery plans.
Familiarity with nonprofit, education, or membership-based organizations.
