Would you like to be part of a team that is creating new ways for customers to discover and engage with Amazon?

The Fuse team builds products that connect partner ecosystems to Amazon, creating new entry points for customers who haven"t yet experienced what Amazon has to offer. Our products enable partners to distribute their services directly on Amazon, turning routine transactions into gateways for discovery, engagement, and long-term customer relationships.

We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to own one of our partner products end to end across multiple locales. You will define the roadmap, identifying the features and engagement mechanics that convert first-time customers into repeat Amazon shoppers. You will obsess over the customer experience - designing creative retention and reward programs that drive habitual usage and long-term loyalty. You will build the business case, secure investment, and develop the go-to-market strategy. You will author requirements, shepherd features through the product development lifecycle, collaborate with engineering to build and ship, measure outcomes against success metrics, operate and iterate post-launch, and scale the product internationally.

Key job responsibilities

Own a launched partner product end to end - driving growth, post-launch operations, and international expansion

Define and prioritize the feature roadmap based on data-driven insights into customer behavior and acquisition opportunity

Design innovative engagement and retention mechanics that drive repeat usage and convert new customers into loyal Amazon shoppers

Build business cases and secure funding for product investments

Develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with local ecommerce teams to execute

Author product requirements and drive features through the full development lifecycle with engineering partners

Define success metrics, instrument measurement, and operate a continuous improvement loop post-launch

Scale the product to new locales, adapting strategy to local customer dynamics

A day in the life

You will spend your time across strategic and execution workstreams. In any given week, you might be analyzing funnel data to identify drop-off points, brainstorming engagement mechanics with local ecommerce counterparts, authoring a BRD for a new feature, reviewing technical designs with engineering, or presenting your investment case to leadership. You will balance near-term growth in active locales with longer-term planning for expansion.

About the team

The Fuse team enables partners to distribute their services through Amazon and creates new pathways for customers to discover Amazon through everyday transactions. We work at the intersection of product, technology, and business development, partnering closely with local ecommerce, Marketing, and partner teams

About the Company

A

Amazon.com Inc

At Amazon, we don’t wait for the next big idea to present itself. We envision the shape of impossible things and then we boldly make them reality. So far, this mindset has helped us achieve some incredible things. Let’s build new systems, challenge the status quo, and design the world we want to live in. We believe the work you do here will be the best work of your life.

Wherever you are in your career exploration, Amazon likely has an opportunity for you. Our research scientists and engineers shape the future of natural language understanding with Alexa. Fulfillment center associates around the globe send customer orders from our warehouses to doorsteps. Product managers set feature requirements, strategy, and marketing messages for brand new customer experiences. And as we grow, we’ll add jobs that haven’t been invented yet.

It’s Always Day 1
At Amazon, it’s always “Day 1.” Now, what does this mean and why does it matter? It means that our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon’s very first day – to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and stay focused on delighting our customers. In our 2016 shareholder letter, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos shared his thoughts on how to keep up a Day 1 company mindset. “Staying in Day 1 requires you to experiment patiently, accept failures, plant seeds, protect saplings, and double down when you see customer delight,” he wrote. “A customer-obsessed culture best creates the conditions where all of that can happen.” You can read the full letter here

Our Leadership Principles
Our Leadership Principles help us keep a Day 1 mentality. They aren’t just a pretty inspirational wall hanging. Amazonians use them, every day, whether they’re discussing ideas for new projects, deciding on the best solution for a customer’s problem, or interviewing candidates.
