Role Summary
The Product Manager is responsible for owning the vision, strategy, and execution of key products and platforms that drive business value. This role serves as the central point of accountability for product outcomes, ensuring alignment between client needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to define priorities, translate complex requirements into actionable plans, and guide delivery from concept through launch and optimization. You will play a key role in shaping scalable solutions, driving adoption, and ensuring products deliver measurable impact across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and own product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned to business strategy
• Translate business goals and client needs into clear product features and success metrics
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement
• Gather and document requirements including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Partner with engineering, UX, and QA teams to refine and deliver high quality solutions
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment through workshops, prioritization sessions, and roadmap communication
• Prioritize product backlog to maximize business value and operational efficiency
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for enhancements and optimization

Key Requirements
• 3 plus years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles
• Proven experience delivering enterprise platforms or business critical applications
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and Agile delivery methodologies
• Experience translating complex business requirements into clear product direction
• Familiarity with financial services, insurance, or related industries preferred
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a focus on influencing outcomes
