Job Title: Sr. Product Manager, Buying Programs
Location: San Jose, CA / Lehi, UT / Seattle, WA (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Pay Range: $85.00/hr. to $93.66/hr. on W2
Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card only
 
Note: The candidate will be on a 30-day probationary period.
 
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO
Duties:

• Interested in helping **** scale to meet the needs of thousands of our most valuable customers?

• As a member of the Buying Programs organization, you will work in close partnership with multiple teams to scope, prioritize and drive projects that are top-of-mind for the business.
• This is an outstanding opportunity to collaborate with product, engineering, go-to-market, and sales teams in addition to all supporting functions in Finance and Operations!
• This position requires a someone who can jump from high-level strategic problem solving to execution seamlessly.
• The ideal candidate will also have the business savvy to understand the appropriate considerations needed for thoughtful decision-making, has a strong internal drive, and a track record of leading projects from end-to-end.
• The candidate will be on a 30-day probationary period.

 
Responsibilities:

• Define project scope and schedule while focusing on timely delivery of value from Concept Acceptance through to Release to Production.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, work independently, and drive initiatives by translating long-term strategies into specific solutions.
• Use Jira, wiki, and other organizational tools to lead project status and working meetings, evaluate risks and issues, and overall solution delivery.
• Perform new project request analysis and communicate effectively with different levels in the organization.
• Support sales, marketing, and operation teams on existing licensing programs.

 
Skills:

• 3 - 5+ years of full-time relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to be able to coordinate complicated projects.
• Demonstrates understanding of our customers' needs, how sales teams work, and can effectively adapt with an evolving business.
• Ability to focus on details while maintaining the big picture view; problem solver who can determine the best way to tackle the issues at hand while planning for the future.

 
Education:

• Bachelor in Science.
