Job Title: Sr. Product Manager – Enterprise Data & Reporting Location: San Francisco, CA - Remote Employment Type: Contract
Role Summary Sephora is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager – Enterprise Data & Reporting to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI-driven data and reporting products supporting Supply Chain and Enterprise Analytics. The role will drive the development of intelligent, scalable data products that enable faster business insights, self-service analytics, and AI-powered decision-making across the organization.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in Enterprise Data, Analytics, or Reporting platforms.
Strong experience managing data products, BI/reporting solutions, and analytics initiatives.
Experience working with Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Databricks, Jira, and modern cloud data platforms.
Solid understanding of data modeling, reporting architecture, and data governance principles.
Experience partnering with engineering teams using Agile methodologies.
Exposure to AI-powered productivity and analytics tools such as Copilot, Claude, Databricks Genie, or similar technologies.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and roadmap planning skills.
Experience supporting Supply Chain, Retail, or Enterprise Analytics domains is highly preferred.
