Compensation Range: $70 - $80 / hour W2
Job Description:
Lead product strategy and execution for a customer-facing digital platform focused on paid media, affiliate marketing, and creator commerce experiences.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Drive roadmap development and feature delivery for a creator commerce platform
- Collaborate with engineering, business, and vendor partners on product functionality
- Own paid media integrations including affiliate and social marketing channels
- Translate business, creator, and customer needs into product strategy and execution
- Provide updates to executive stakeholders on product performance and progress
- Lead development of new features, including potential mobile product expansion
- Incorporate AI capabilities into product features and workflows
- Operate as an individual contributor with cross-functional collaboration
Requirements:
- Must-Haves:
- 5 years of product management experience delivering digital products
- Hands-on experience with martech (affiliate, paid social, or digital marketing platforms)
- Proven experience building or shipping AI-enabled product features
- Demonstrated personal AI projects (e.g., LLMs, automation, agents)
- Strong ability to define product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
- Experience in ecommerce or retail environments
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with creator commerce, influencer platforms, or affiliate ecosystems
- Exposure to mobile product development
- Background working with vendor-supported product builds
