Your Role
Victoria"s Secret is seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Manager to own two critical technology domains: Product Lifecycle Management (PLM and Supply Chain Planning. This dual-role position is designed for a seasoned technology product leader who combines deep functional knowledge of product development and sourcing processes with strong expertise in supply chain planning - including S&OP, production capacity planning, and raw materials planning.
As the functional owner of both the Centric PLM system and our emerging Supply Chain Planning capabilities, you will act as an internal Product Manager for both domains - owning roadmaps, driving adoption, ensuring data integrity, and delivering incremental technology capabilities that directly enable better business decisions and operational efficiency. You will work closely with business users, technology teams, and leadership across Product Development, Sourcing, Merchandise Planning, and Supply Chain.
Your Impact
Create Technology Strategy & Product Roadmap
- Define and prioritize the roadmap for both Centric PLM and Supply Chain Planning capabilities based on clear business value and ROI
- Translate S&OP and S&OE business requirements, as well as PLM and sourcing needs, into a unified and prioritized capability roadmap
- Secure funding and executive alignment for major initiatives and enhancements across both domains
- Track and report ROI on all technology investments and enhancements
- Evaluate build-vs-buy decisions and guide selection of planning tools or custom solutions appropriate to business maturity
- Make informed trade-off decisions across scope, timing, and effort
- Drive business value through system adoption & optimization. Identify areas of low adoption or inefficient use across both PLM and Planning and implement targeted improvements.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enhancements across PLM and Planning - from requirements through deployment
- Lead cross functional collaboration. Partner closely with product development, sourcing, MP&A, production, technical, materials, color, and vendor teams.
Design & Deliver Incremental Capabilities
- Work with MP&A, Demand Planning, Production, RM, Product Development, and Sourcing teams to gather and document requirements
- Design sourcing allocation logic with production capacity planning constraints and MRP logic to derive raw materials requirements from BOMs, open orders, and current inventory positions
- Configure replenishment recommendations using multiple strategies by product segment (e.g., min/max, time-phased, reorder point
- Leverage Snowflake as the central data platform integrating PLM master data, Salesforce BOM/costing data, and MP&A demand plans
- Ensure planning functionality supports both S&OP (monthly and S&OE (near-term execution cross-functional planning cycles
- Lead requirements definition with a business-first mindset, thinking through flow, user efficiency, scalability, and future adaptability
- Write detailed functional requirements and collaborate with developers on technical design
- Own backlog prioritization and sequencing decisions for both domains
Ensure Data Governance, Master Data & System Integrity and Optimization
- Own PLM and Planning data structure, governance, and integration with related tools (including Snowflake and Salesforce costing
- Define and maintain the master data standards required for planning: lead times, safety stock levels, minimum order quantities, BOM structures, and capacity parameters
- Enable BOM explosion logic to properly derive RM requirements from finished goods demand
- Ensure integration and alignment between PLM bill of materials, Salesforce costing information, and planning master data
- Develop and monitor data quality metrics and scorecards; lead resolution of data issues
- Enable non-PLM and non-planning teams to leverage data for better decision-making and reporting
- Develop and maintain views, dashboards, and reports in PLM and corporate reporting tools (scorecards, self-service reporting
- Enable planning analytics & reporting. Define planning dashboards and scorecards to track performance (e.g., forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns, RM shortage rates

Minimum Salary: $128,500.00
Maximum Salary: $175,245.00

Qualifications
Your Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in product management, systems ownership, or supply chain planning roles - ideally spanning both PLM/product development systems and supply chain planning
- Hands-on experience administering or managing Centric PLM or a comparable enterprise PLM platform
- Direct experience with supply chain planning processes including S&OP and S&OE; must have used planning tools or built planning logic and understands the underlying mechanics
- Deep understanding of planning fundamentals: time series demand planning, lead times, BOM explosions, MRP logic, inventory management, open order netting, reserved capacity, and replenishment strategies
- Experience with planning master data: understanding of the parameters required to run MRP/capacity planning (lead times, MOQs, safety stock, BOM structures, yield factors, etc.
- Demonstrated success owning and improving cross-functional enterprise tools including roadmap planning, requirements gathering, testing, training, and adoption
- Strong experience with data governance and working with large, complex datasets; experience with Snowflake or similar data platforms is a strong plus
- Proven ability to drive user adoption, training, and process optimization across global, cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to quantify value and business impact
- Strong project management and prioritization skills; ability to manage competing demands across two functional domains
- Skilled in creating business cases and tracking against KPIs and ROI targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable interfacing with executive, business, and technical stakeholders
- Ability to work pragmatically and incrementally - designing solutions appropriate to current business maturity while building toward a longer-term vision
