ICP Group is looking to identify a Sr.Product Manager to join our team.  This position can be remote with 40% travel.  As a Sr. Product Manager at ICP Group, you will play a crucial role in the development and management of our asphalt and silicone roofing product line. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, and production, to drive the success and growth of our products. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and contribute to the product management process while gaining valuable experience in the manufacturing and roofing industry.

Responsibilities:
              
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze data to make informed product decisions and develop strategies for product improvement.
  • Product Development Support:
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to develop and enhance roofing products.
  • Assist in defining product specifications, features, and pricing strategies.
  • Product Lifecycle Management:
  • Monitor the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring products meet or exceed quality and performance standards.
  • Propose and implement product improvements and updates as necessary.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing to develop marketing collateral, including product brochures, web content, and sales materials.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide product training and support in achieving sales goals.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Participate in quality control processes to maintain high product standards.
  • Address any product-related issues and work on continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
  • Assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels and managing supply chain relationships to ensure product availability.
  • Category Leadership:
  • Serve as the primary leader and subject matter expert, driving the strategic direction, vision, and long-term roadmap for the entire category.
  • Manager the category portfolio by optimizing the product mix, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Experience needed
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience within the roofing or building materials space.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn about the roofing and manufacturing industry.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel 40%
