Sr. Product Manager – SaaS

Daley And Associates is seeking an experienced Product Manager (10+ years) for a SaaS client to lead feature design and drive the roadmap for an enterprise SaaS platform focused on collaborative planning. This role involves market research, defining requirements, writing specifications, and working closely with engineering and internal teams throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, quick learner, and independent thinker with a passion for building intuitive software that balances complexity with usability. The ability to manage multiple priorities is essential. Candidates must have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of web-based application technologies, including relational databases/SQL, object-oriented concepts, and application architecture.

This role is paying a salary range of $160-210K

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and synthesize feedback from users and stakeholders
Write clear feature specifications
Collaborate with engineering to align design with technical constraints
Track product usage and performance
Contribute to product strategy and future direction
Present to internal and external audiences
Coordinate with go-to-market teams on releases
Build relationships with technology partners

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing B2B SaaS products with a user focus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to align stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of SaaS technologies (databases/SQL, application architecture)
Strong research skills
Willingness to travel occasionally
Experience with ML/AI or process design is a plus
Experience with Construction software is a plus
