While asset management experience remains valuable, the team is no longer looking for candidates with a highly specialized focus on investment performance, attribution, benchmarks, or performance measurement.
Instead, we'd like to broaden the search and prioritize strong Product Managers, Product Owners, or Business Analysts within financial services who have the right blend of product, data, and technical skills.
Because of this change, the search has been moved back to Boston, as they believe it will provide significantly greater access to qualified candidates in the market.
Updated priorities:
Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst background
Financial services experience (asset management, wealth management, investment platforms, banking, capital markets, etc.)
Strong requirements gathering, product ownership, backlog management, and Agile delivery experience
Hands-on SQL experience for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
Python experience preferred
Experience partnering with business and technology teams to deliver platform enhancements and process improvements
CFA charterholders or CFA candidates strongly preferred
Local to Boston and comfortable with the hybrid onsite requirement
De-emphasized:
Deep expertise in investment performance measurement, attribution, benchmark construction, TWR/MWR calculations, or similar niche performance domains
