The Worldwide Retail Growth and Development team is responsible for the strategic planning, acquisition, design, construction, launch, and maintenance of Amazon Worldwide Grocery Stores' real estate assets. This includes Whole Foods Market, Amazon Grocery Stores, and Amazon Grocery Logistics. We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager - Tech to drive adoption of first-party (1P) and off-the-shelf AI products across internal teams at Amazon. This role will accelerate AI innovation within day-to-day workflows at the individual and team level. The role will also own and maintain 1P enterprise products through and beyond their initial development phases. Key job responsibilities - Own the evangelization, measurement, and go-to-market plan for internal personal and team-level AI agents that improve business productivity. - Drive adoption of 1P AI products across our internal customer base by developing and executing targeted adoption plans. - Create marketing materials that communicate the value of 1P internal AI products to a broad internal audience. - Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and directly build personal and team-level AI agents to address those needs. - Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and customer impact. - Identify complementary use cases across Amazon to extend the value of existing AI products. - Help train and guide our internal teams on tools available for use, and best practices for using AI chatbots and helping to create personal and team workflows. About the team The Retail Growth & Development team is at the forefront of expanding and optimizing Amazon's physical retail presence. We oversee strategic planning, development, and operations for a diverse portfolio of grocery stores and logistics facilities. Our team combines innovative thinking with operational excellence to create exceptional shopping experiences for customers. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience managing technical products or online services - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning Preferred Qualifications - Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight - Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools - MBA - Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
