Senior Product Program Manager AI
Pay Range: $80.00 $109.67 per hour
Overview
A leading global toy and entertainment company is seeking a Senior Product Program Manager AI to drive the strategy, planning, and execution of enterprise AI initiatives. This role will oversee a portfolio of AI programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives while delivering measurable value across the organization.
The ideal candidate combines strong program leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience implementing AI solutions within large-scale, cross-functional environments.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Stakeholder Management
- Align and manage enterprise-wide AI product development initiatives
- Define, track, and communicate business value from AI programs
- Partner with business units to identify opportunities through ideation sessions, workshops, and innovation programs
- Evaluate and prioritize AI use cases to support business goals
- Drive development of AI-enabled business models and present recommendations to senior leadership
Program Leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI programs, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budgets
- Act as the primary point of contact for AI program activities across stakeholders
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans including scope, milestones, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure successful execution across all phases of the program lifecycle
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting program delivery
- Implement corrective actions to maintain continuity and performance
Change Management
- Develop and execute change management strategies to drive adoption of AI solutions
- Provide training and support to stakeholders and end users
Budget & Resource Management
- Manage program budgets with a focus on cost efficiency and transparency
- Optimize resource allocation across multiple initiatives
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in IT program management, including SaaS and cloud implementations
- Proven experience leading large-scale AI or data-driven programs
- Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and enterprise AI applications
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or similar platforms
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex environments
Preferred:
- Masters degree or relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL)
- Experience with generative AI and agent-based AI systems
- Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and risk considerations
- Background in consumer products, toy, or entertainment industries
