We value in-office collaboration and expect the selected candidate for this role to work onsite at the specified location(s). Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship.

Schwab Technology Services (STS) drives the future of how clients manage their finances by delivering innovative, reliable technology solutions. As part of our commitment to democratizing access to investing and financial planning, STS partners across the organization to build scalable and resilient platforms.

Within STS, the Broker Dealer Services Engineering (BDSE) SAvE team is seeking an experienced Senior Production Support Engineer to support critical broker-dealer back-office applications and infrastructure. In this role, you will collaborate with top engineering talent to enhance the availability, stability, and regulatory compliance of key internal platforms.

Built on a resilient architecture, the platform emphasizes data accessibility, security, and long-term preservation. The team continuously drives innovation and process improvements to stay ahead of evolving regulatory requirements, ensuring Schwab maintains the highest standards of compliance, transparency, and client trust.

The ideal candidate brings experience in a technical leadership capacity and is skilled in managing complex, data-intensive platforms. This individual will collaborate closely with data providers and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues, while aligning SAvE operating practices with the broader Cross Enterprise Services (CES) organization.
