Sr Program Administrator

Job Purpose

The Sr. Program Administrator will provide customer support for a portfolio of accounts with varying degrees of complexity.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities

The Sr. Program Administrator will support sales, customer and plants to include, but not limited to:

• Accurate and timely data entry in Customer Service software programs - SCC quoting system, smart vault, SFTP3 (secure site), RMA System, ORACLE, etc.
• Writing up new orders, Change Orders, Credit & Rebills.
• Assisting Accounts Receivable, RMA processing and review customer Score Cards.
• Facilitate customer and plant discussions with regard to problem solving.
• Post shipment follow up i.e. shipment information and payment resolution, status reports.

Education and Experience

• 5+ years Customer Service experience preferred.
• Computer Skills - Oracle a plus, Excel intermediate skills necessary, 10 key by touch/fax/printers.
• Microsoft Office Skills (emphasis with Excel).
• Ability to continually change priorities during daily activities.
• Detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills.

Salary Range(annual): $63,800.00 - $76,876.00

Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
