About the Role
Sigma Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Program Coordinator to provide high-level administrative, organizational, and program support to faculty within a law school environment. This position is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong communication, scheduling, document management, event coordination, and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and organizational support to assigned faculty members in support of teaching, research, scholarship, and professional activities.
Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and reimbursements.
Support semester start and end activities, including creating and maintaining Blackboard course websites and coordinating exam printing.
Draft basic correspondence and create, edit, format, and proofread documents, spreadsheets, and surveys.
Coordinate events, workshops, symposia, and guest speaker activities.
Provide calendar management, meeting scheduling, and other administrative support.
Assist with special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Maintain accurate records and ensure administrative activities are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Qualifications
Previous experience in program coordination, administrative support, academic administration, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, expense reimbursement, and event planning.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent proofreading, editing, and document formatting abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, and related administrative software.
Experience with Blackboard or other learning management systems (LMS) is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with faculty, staff, students, and external guests.
Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
Must be available to work onsite in Boston, MA.
