Senior Program Manager Digital Transformation
A Mindlance Client is launching a multi year digital transformation program spanning 2026 2028. The Senior Program Manager will operate at the program level, overseeing the integrated roadmap, managing cross project dependencies, and ensuring strong executive visibility. This role requires on site engagement to support stakeholder alignment and delivery assurance in Dallas.


Core Responsibilities
" Own and maintain the end to end digital transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment across all workstreams
" Lead weekly program governance and executive reporting, communicating milestones, risks, and strategic decisions
" Manage interdependencies across multiple concurrent projects spanning operations, supply chain, engineering, and enterprise functions
" Anticipate resource needs and advocate for required program and project support
" Partner with cross functional engineering, operations, IT, and process automation teams to advance integration and workflow improvements
" Maintain program financials, including forecasting, vendor oversight, and scope management

Required Qualifications
" 8 years of program management experience leading multi workstream digital or technology enabled transformation initiatives
" Demonstrated expertise in roadmap ownership, dependency management, and structured program governance
" Strong technical fluency in data integration concepts, system connectivity, and workflow/process automation
" Proven ability to engage with senior leadership, communicate complex issues clearly, and manage escalations
" Experience with enterprise project and portfolio management tools
" Vendor and SOW management experience

Preferred Qualifications
" PMP and/or Agile certification
" Experience with manufacturing systems, enterprise integration, or operations focused transformation initiatives
