Sr Program Manager

As a Sr. Program Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the successful execution of customer programs. YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management or related roles
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to oversee complex programs
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive program success
• Strong understanding of program management principles and methodologies
• Experience managing complex customer programs with multiple stakeholders

• Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Master''s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience in a global organization and managing programs in a matrix organization
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
