Title: Sr. Program Manager (IT)

Salary Range: $60 - $63/Hour on W2 (All inclusive)
Introduction
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Program Manager to join our team for a 6-month onsite role. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the software and technology industry, preferably within a Customer Experience environment involving web, voice, and messaging/chat platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7-10 years' experience as a program manager in software and/or related technology industry
- Experience in a Customer Experience environment with web, voice, and messaging/chat platforms
- Experience managing multi-discipline teams consisting of business and technical resources
- Experience using various project delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid) and tailoring the approach for program success
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with specific tools or technologies relevant to the role
- Advanced certifications in project management methodologies
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and manage program initiatives from inception to completion
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet objectives
