Key job responsibilities - Define the needs of the business in partnership with HRBPs, business leaders, and peer leadership development leaders - Creatively design and deliver leadership development programs for several core Amazon businesses - Evaluate current programs for effectiveness and relevancy and develop a roadmap for iteration, deprecation and/or creation of future programs. - Raise the bar on our training experiences by measuring the impact and seeking customer feedback to determine areas for improvement - Building development experiences with an inclusive, global mindset A day in the life You are a critical player in developing and delivering experiences which enlighten, educate, and inspire the world's most talented leaders. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Instructional Systems Design, Adult Learning, Learning & Development, HR or a related discipline - Experience influencing senior leaders/stakeholders - Experience using business metrics and training data to track, trend, and manage the impact of training efforts - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience with adult learning instructional design methods and best practices Preferred Qualifications - PhD, or Master's degree - Experience creating and implementing large-scale programs - Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship - Demonstrated proficiency in assessing training effectiveness and ROI to stakeholders and leaders Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
