We are seeking a Sr. Program Manager to drive cross-functional Program Management for key Ad Sales Technology initiatives. This role will act as a strategic, data-driven program lead, bringing operational rigor and innovative approaches to effectively orchestrate cross-team collaboration, execution, and change management across Enterprise Product, Engineering, QA, Support, and Ad Sales teams.
The ideal candidate brings multiple years of experience owning end-to-end programs from inception through launch and is comfortably driving alignment across both business and technology stakeholder groups, including senior leadership. We seek proactive Program Managers skilled in working in ambiguity, developing innovative solutions, and identifying risks before they develop. Existing domain experience within Ad Sales Technology, and specifically Programmatic or Digital Ad Server Integrations development, is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Program Delivery and Execution
Oversee the execution of multiple concurrent programs and projects, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
Build and maintain integrated program plans that clearly define milestones, deliverables, critical dependencies, decision points, and resource needs.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and QA leads to resolve delivery issues, remove blockers, and accelerate progress against strategic objectives.
Ensure teams follow the Product Development Lifecycle and related controls, while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve speed to market.
Lead program reviews, readiness checkpoints, and launch planning activities to confirm initiatives are operationally prepared and aligned for successful delivery.
Stakeholder, Communication, and Governance
Serve as the primary program manager for all involved stakeholders and leadership, providing clear communication on program-level health, risks, decisions, and trade-offs.
Prepare and deliver concise program-level reporting, including status updates, KPI dashboards, portfolio reviews, and decision-ready materials.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings that drive alignment, decision-making, and timely escalation resolution.
Build strong relationships across business and technology organizations and influence outcomes in complex, matrixed environments.
Anticipate organizational, process, and technical constraints early and develop pragmatic plans to minimize impact to roadmap commitments.
Metrics, Quality, and Continuous Improvement
Lead the creation of new methods for program-level reporting, leveraging automated processes to drive seamless tracking of day-to-day progress.
Define and track KPIs for program health, milestone performance, throughput, predictability, and operational effectiveness.
Use data and retrospective insights to identify trends, improve delivery performance, and strengthen planning accuracy across squads.
