This Senior Program Manager role will lead a charter to systematically improve the customer experience for Pay by Invoice (PBI) customers worldwide. Key job responsibilities - Define and execute on a global charter to improve PBI and invoicing CX - Use data to uncover key customer and program insights, and to identify high-priority opportunities for improvement - Own delivery against high visibility, company-wide goals - Drive cross-functional alignment with senior leaders across organizations - Provide thought leadership within the Invoicing domain About the team We are a global and diverse product/program organization tackling complex problems at scale. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
