Overview
The Senior Engineering Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing the development of complex semiconductor wafer processing equipment and advanced vacuum process technologies. Working closely with Engineering, Technology, Operations, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership, this role drives strategic program execution from concept through product release and commercialization.
The Senior Engineering Program Manager leads large, cross-functional engineering programs, develops program strategies, manages schedules and budgets, drives risk mitigation activities, and ensures the successful delivery of product lifecycle milestones. This position requires strong leadership, technical aptitude, and the ability to influence multiple stakeholders in a matrixed organization.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience managing complex electro-mechanical systems and large-scale automated equipment.
Strong understanding of NPI/NPD processes, product lifecycle management, and manufacturing readiness.
Ability to analyze complex system-level issues and drive cross-functional solutions.
Advanced project and program management skills including:
Schedule development and management
Risk management
Budget management
Resource planning
Executive reporting
Experience with:
Microsoft Office Suite
Microsoft Project
Power BI
Smartsheet
SAP / ERP / MRP systems
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools
SolidWorks
AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks experience preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence across organizations without direct authority.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment while managing multiple priorities.
Ability to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.

Salary and Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is $132,990 - $177,320, plus a bonus opportunity. We will consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors when determining your pay.
