We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Sr. Program Manager to drive operational excellence across our team. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional program management, strategic planning, and business operations to support senior leadership and enable the team to deliver results at scale. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a strong communicator, and brings a passion for building efficient processes and driving accountability.

Key job responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Coordination

  • Lead coordination of strategic initiatives, OP planning, resourcing, and technology needs
  • Develop, monitor, and report on individual and team goals and KPIs for leadership
  • Conduct resource planning activities to support operational needs and long-term growth
  • Drive annual planning meetings and establish team communication structures

Business Reporting & Communication

  • Lead the creation and delivery of QBRs, MBRs, and Flash updates for senior leadership
  • Communicate project status, key learnings, and strategic recommendations to senior leaders
  • Maintain and update business dashboards to support data-driven decision-making

Budget & Financial Management

  • Oversee budget planning, monitor expenditures, and manage financial reporting for the leadership team

Process Improvement & Efficiency

  • Identify, design, and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency across the team
  • Maintain and prioritize task lists, ensuring timely completion of action items and deliverables

Knowledge Management & Documentation

  • Manage SharePoint sites, wikis, and team documentation to ensure information is accessible and current

Operational Support

  • Handle a variety of administrative and operational tasks to support day-to-day business needs
