Sr Project Engineer (SRM) (Remote Option Available)

• Performs engineering design evaluations and works to complete projects within budget and scheduling restraints.
• Reviews industry policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Reviews reports of production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine or address problems.
• Provides technical support for the engineering process.
• Designs, implements, and communicates, an operational plan for completing the project. Monitors progress and performance against the project plan.
• Takes action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
• Identifies, develops, and gathers resources necessary to complete the project.
• Prepares engineering designs and work specifications.
• Develops project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Selects materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.
• • Required Qualifications:
    • Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 5-7 years' experience
    • Discipline/Major: Engineering degree required
    • Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree
    • Knowledge, skills & abilities: Oral and written communication skills. Analytical thinking. Design review. Project engineering. Resource planning. Technical project management. Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) software. Project management software.
    Physical Requirements:
    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
    • Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
    Travel Requirements: Up to 25% travel likely. Pay Range (USD): $102,000-$138,000 Pay Transparency Statement: The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the range during the hiring process. Additional Compensation: Hired applicant may be eligible to participate in the Company’s Gain Sharing Program.
