Job Summary: Senior Project Leader (Security Industry)

- Lead large, cross-functional project initiatives across multiple departments (Operations, Finance, Marketing, Sales).
- Manage several projects concurrently, ensuring timely and successful delivery of IT/technical and business initiatives.
- Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
- Apply strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution to drive project success.
- Utilize advanced project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, Kanban) throughout project lifecycle.
- Oversee all aspects of SDLC and product delivery, including risk management, change management, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Leverage AI and modern tools to optimize project delivery and efficiency.
- Operate within large corporate environments, with a preference for experience in product launches, go-to-market strategies, AI projects, and security systems.
- Ensure customer focus, results orientation, collaboration, conflict management, process improvement, planning, and leadership.
- Open to 10% travel to Boca FL, Irving TX, or acquisition site HQ (remote otherwise; must reside in EST or CST).
- Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 8-10 years of project/program management experience.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, CAPM, SAFe.
- Must be eligible for conversion without visa sponsorship; background and drug screens are not required.
