SUMMARY: This individual will lead and be responsible for executing the integration strategy for VSE Aviation. This includes achieving key synergies between the diverse groups within Aviation, managing a project plan and timeline, leading change management processes, partner with various functions across the business, and executing an internal/external communication plan. The individual will work closely with the acquired company leadership and a cross-functional team spanning accounting/finance, legal, business technology, distribution, and repair to transform how we integrate and scale the acquired businesses. The individual will come with deep experience in project management, have strong analytical skills, and be data driven with a proven record of objective decision making with quantifiable results. This role is detail-oriented, strategic, and able to build positive relationships and influence across the organization.
