Job Overview:
Pay Range: $63.04hr - $68.04hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Experience in ERP software projects or other large technology delivery programs.
- Advanced knowledge of Program Management including project management methodologies such as waterfall and Agile.
- Understanding of project phases, deliverable types, and complex cross-organization activities.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ability to prepare reports and present findings to senior management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey findings and recommendations to various levels of management.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with demanding time constraints.
- Knowledge and understanding of business drivers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage or direct teams.
- Ability to work within a regulatory environment.
- Ability to assess and recommend solutions for assigned projects.
- Familiarity with project phases, deliverables, and activities within an ERP or SAP environment.
- Basic understanding of ERP transformation complexities and cross functional dependencies.
- Proactive ownership skills with the ability to anticipate and remove roadblocks to execution.
- Ability to translate meeting outcomes into clearly defined and executable actions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to keep track of multiple, concurrent tasks with varying priorities and changing due-dates.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedule planning, budget planning, vendor management, and resource planning.
- Manage program reporting, dashboards, presentations, and program health communications.
- Oversee change control, risk management, onboarding, governance, and executive engagements.
- Champion Lean and continuous improvement practices.
- Gather, report, and support risk management frameworks, conducting risk assessments, and implementing mitigation plans.
- Communicate complex risk scenarios and solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrate a proactive mindset and strong analytical skills to manage multiple efforts simultaneously.
- Apply strategic thinking to influence and lead teams without direct authority.
- Analyze data to inform decision-making processes.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with a large ERP project implementation such as S/4 HANA.
- Project management tool experience with Atlassian Jira for deliverable tracking.

Qualification And Education:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Project Management, Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems.
- 6+ years of project management experience.
