Sr. Project Manager

We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial construction projects in healthcare, biopharma, and R&D sectors. This is a high-impact role within a long-established and growing firm, offering stability, career growth, and strong compensation.

Responsibilities include: overseeing project execution and financials, leading project teams, managing subcontractors/suppliers, driving schedules and budgets, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, 715 years of experience leading $5M+ projects, and proficiency with Microsoft Project or P6, Procore, and Microsoft Office. Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills required.
