The RAD Project Manager is responsible for driving execution, accountability, and predictability across a portfolio of analytics and Tableau dashboard initiatives. This role owns intake, requirement coordination, project planning, milestones, and stakeholder communication. Working closely with Ambulatory Transformation & Performance (ATP) Leadership, BI Developers, Clinical, Operational and Administrative Stakeholders, ensures that requests move predictably from intake through prioritization, development, UAT and go-live. The Project Manager will ensure RAD work is delivered on time and aligned to operational priorities.

While this is primarily a project management role, the Project Manager is expected to be analytics‑literate and, when needed, able to help answer operational questions using existing RAD dashboards and curated data sources. This capability helps improve responsiveness to stakeholders and protects BI developer capacity.
