This role provides clear leadership, management, and accountability for multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives, policies, and values. The Senior Project Manager owns key client relationships and oversees account performance across multiple projects, balancing customer satisfaction with commercial and contractual integrity. They lead all phases of project execution-engineering, procurement, and construction-by establishing strategies, managing risk, ensuring safety and quality, and maintaining strong financial discipline. In addition, the Senior Project Manager contributes to business development through relationship building, opportunity identification, and strategic planning, while proactively managing and mitigating project and portfolio risks.
