• Foster Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the claims and IT teams, ensuring seamless integration on technology-driven initiatives.
• Drive Progress: Monitor projects, resolve roadblocks, and keep everything on track to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Communicate and Lead: Conduct regular updates with stakeholders, facilitate discussions on trade-offs, and provide coaching to cross-functional teams.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• At least six years of project management experience, with a focus on business operations or claims.
• Certifications like PMI, Certified Scrum Master, or equivalent preferred.
• Expertise in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Visio) and methodologies.
• Exceptional skills in communication, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation.
• A knack for risk management, problem-solving, and thriving in dynamic environments.
• Experience with the insurance industry, especially claims, is a big plus.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall) is beneficial.
